I thought cruel & unusual punishment was unconstitutional

my sentiments exactly.
I'm fundamentally a positive person, so I want to believe that she quit to give more time to her son who has Down syndrome...but I'm also a brutal pragmatist who believes that there's probably some political angle to this. The day I lose hope in people is the day I pack it in.
